DIRECTIONS FOR USE PURE OIL:
Scalp: Before shampooing, pour 4/5 drops onto dry hair and gently massage for a purifying and toning effect.
Face: Pour 1/2 drops onto the palm of your hand and massage for a toning and skin-brightening effect. Avoid the eye and lip contour.
Shaving: after shaving, pour 1/3 drops into the palm of your hand and gently massage your face for a refreshing and revitalising effect.
Hands: pour 2/4 drops and massage until absorbed to soften and nourish cuticles and revitalise damaged nails.
Legs: pour 10 drops onto the legs and massage for immediate relief.
Feet: add 10 drops to foot bath water for a toning and refreshing effect. For a de-fatiguing massage, pour 5-7 drops onto your feet and massage.
Bathroom: pour 15/20 drops into the bath for a stimulating, energising and toning effect.
Post-shower massage: distribute 10-15 drops evenly over the body, massage gently until absorbed for a balsamic and relaxing effect.
Massage before sporting activity: pour 2/4 drops onto the affected area and massage with energetic circular movements from bottom to top until absorbed for a stimulating and energising effect.
Massage after sports activity: pour 3/5 drops onto the affected area and rub slowly until absorbed for a relaxing and de-fatiguing effect.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE MIXED OIL:
It is possible to mix a few drops of PHYTORELAX CONCENTRATED OIL 31 HERBS with other products from the Phytorelax Oil 31 Herbs line to enhance their action.
• PHYTORELAX BALM AND DE-FATIGUING CREAM-GEL: add 3/5 drops.
• PHYTORELAX REFRESHING AND REVITALISING ACTIVE MASSAGE CREAM: add 6 drops for a stimulating massage, 4 drops for a relaxing massage.
• PHYTORELAX BALM AND REGENERATING BATH & SHOWER GEL: add 5 drops to a sponge or 15/20 drops to a bath.
WARNINGS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use if you have a known allergy to the ingredients. Not suitable for infants and children up to 3 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using the product on wounds or broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. It is recommended not to exceed 38 drops per day in total.
